This refund policy applies to all purchases made on svgfinders.com, operated by SVG Finders. All products are digital (cut-file downloads, design files, license keys).
Digital Products
Digital products (cut-file downloads, license keys) are delivered instantly via email. In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement. That said, we back every purchase with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the files or license don't work as expected, we commit to: - Providing a corrected file as quickly as possible - Or issuing a full refund if no solution is found The request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Digital-Only Store
SVG Finders sells digital cut files only — there are no physical products to ship or return. If your download link doesn't arrive or a file won't open, just email support@svgfinders.com with your order number and we'll resend a working file right away. Our 14-day money-back guarantee covers you if we can't make it work.
Refund Process
To request a refund: 1. Contact us at support@svgfinders.com with your order number 2. Describe the reason for your request 3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions
Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases: - The raw files have been resold or redistributed in breach of the license - The request is made after the 14-day money-back window - Misuse of the product - A claim that the files are "not what you expected" when they match the listing and previews
Refund Timeline
Once the request is approved: - Card & wallet refunds: within 3 to 5 business days - SEPA & crypto refunds: within 5 to 7 business days Refunds are processed via the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or wallet provider.
